▼ 商品のお受け取りについて
※ご注文時のご住所記入ミスで当社に返送される場合がございます。
その場合の送料はお客様のご負担となりますので、
ご注文前にご確認のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
※ご注文頂きました商品の受取拒否は致しかねます。
受取拒否は再送となり、その場合の送料はお客様のご負担となります。

▼返品対応について
・ご注文された商品と異なる商品が届いた場合
・商品に欠陥があった場合
・商品のサイズ、カラー間違い
不具合のある商品を受け取った場合は返品、交換を承ります。
商品が到着しましたら、「商品に不良箇所がないか」
「ご注文商品と相違がないか」を必ずご確認くださいませ。
商品到着後３日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。
それ以降になりますと対応できなくなる場合がございます。
在庫のある商品につきましては交換のお手続きをさせて頂きます。
在庫のない商品につきましては返金のお手続きをさせて頂きます。
▼キャンセル・交換について
商品購入後のキャンセル・交換は一切お受けできません。
イメージと違った、サイズが合わなかった等の
お客様ご都合によるキャンセル・交換は応じかねますので
予めご了承下さい。
セール商品の返品等も応じかねますので注意してご注文下さいませ。
タグを取ってしまった商品は基本的に返品、交換不可となります。

発送前は検品を行い商品は写真に残してから発送しておりますが

※沖縄など離島への送料2,200円
大きさにより佐川急便、ゆうパック、ゆうパケット、
クロネコ宅急便、宅急便コンパクト、ネコポスで発送いたします。
大きさ関係なく550円での発送となりますので予めご了承下さいませ。

BASEから発送完了メールが送信されますが、

弊社の規定上予約ご注文から数日後にBASEの方から
発送完了メールが送信されますが
ご予約商品発送は【入荷後】となりますのでご注意くださいませ。

※Tシャツ,ソックス等のコンパクトな商品はレターパックにて発送させていただきます。

発送完了メールを受信して頂けましたら発送は完了しております。
